North America's premier road ride, the Icefields Parkway stretches 200 miles from Jasper to Banff, Canada, cutting through monstrous glaciers, past turquoise snow-fed lakes and some of the most spectacular vistas you'll ever see. Several outfitters provide inn-to-inn multi-day trips, so don't worry about having to schlep your own gear with you.
Along the route you'll have a variety of side-day trips including hiking and rafting, while each night quaint inns provide lodging. Cycling the roadway does take a good amount of physical fitness, but only two major passes must be crossed and they top out just over 7,000 feet, so it's nowhere near as high as Trail Ridge Road in Colorado for example, which crests at over 12,000 feet. If you go, plan on either taking your own bike or use one of the rental bikes the outfitters offer. And make sure to bring your camera. The views are spectacular and the scenery will be world-class each day.
