Gore Mountain, located in North Creek, offers the most skiable acres of any other resort in the state. Whiteface Lake Placid boasts the highest peak summit of any ski resort in the entire Eastern United States at 4,867 feet and was home to the 1980 Winter Olympic games.
Windham Mountain prides itself on providing a family friendly experience for all ages and skiing abilities. Belleayre Mountain, located in the Catskill Mountains in Highmount, is steeped in skiing history and only a few short hours from New York City.
